Chipotle chillies are smoked, dried Jalapeño peppers. Predominantly used for their mild smoky spiciness in Mexican cooking.
Add to mayonnaise for a spicy dip, sprinkle into the pan when frying steak for fajitas or add to a tomato base and crack in some eggs, cook until set and serve over tortillas for a version of Huevos rancheros.
